e-go carsharing è l’app che permette a tutti gli studenti e al personale docente e amministrativo, dell’università Roma Tre, spostamenti universitari e privati, usufruendo di vetture elettriche al 100%.
Per aderire al servizio basta scaricare l’app e registrarsi inserendo i dati personali e i dati della carta di credito. Bastano pochi passi ed uno smartphone per usufruire al servizio. Avviando la geolocalizzazione vedi le auto vicine a te. Cliccando sul veicolo potrai prenotarlo e avviare il noleggio recandoti presso l’area di ritiro. A questo punto ti basta inquadrare il QrCode posto in ogni auto, sganciare la presa ed il gioco è fatto!

Per terminare il noleggio dovrai localizzare una colonnina libera vicino alla tua destinazione e rimettere il veicolo sotto carica.

All’interno dell’app troverai le seguenti sezioni:
- Mappa: qui visualizzerai la mappa con la geolocalizzazione delle auto e delle colonnine intorno alla tua posizione;
- Tour: qui sono riassunte tutte i passi da seguire per avviare e concludere il noleggio;
- Account: qui visualizzerai le impostazioni del tuo profilo. In particolare potrai visualizzare i tuoi dati anagrafici, visualizzare/modificare i tuoi dati di fatturazione, modificare la carta di credito;
- Lista viaggi: qui verificherai la cronologia dei tuoi viaggi;
- Assistenza: qui potrai chiedere supporto comunicando un inconveniente oppure, telefonando direttamente al numero verde dedicato al servizio.
- FAQ: qui potrai visualizzare la sezione con le domande frequenti e le relative risposte;
- Tariffe: qui potrai visualizzare la sezione con la descrizione delle tariffe applicate per l’utilizzo dei veicoli

To join the service just download the app and register by entering your personal data and the data of the credit card. Take a few steps and a smartphone to use the service.
